August '11 Administrative News

In August, I clarified Budget Accounts’ Information with Project’s Fiscal Agent and reviewed an updated Project expense Report facilitated by the Project’s Fiscal Agent.

I colaborated with the last arrangements and communications needed for the Summer Student Orientation Activity of the Project. I attended and enjoyed the success of the Summer Student Orientation Activity of the Title V Project!

Submitted Requisitions for Special Payments of stipends for the volunteers who worked during the Summer Orientation Activity of the Project.

Gathered information and receipts of travel expenses of various Title V Project activity resources and prepared their Travel Expense Reports to facilitate the process.

Follow-up to Fep 101 Professors’ contracts for the course.

Attended an orientation meeting about the University’s Quality Standards Project, “Transfórmate”.

Meeting with the architect of the Student Services facilities of the Project at the site.

Follow up to various invoices for payment.

Submitted requisitions for ePublishing Confernce of InDesign for three of CEDTEC, Title V DEDOS Component staff.

Meeting with Project Director and Budget Office Director to clarify Project Budget information.

Meeting with Project Director and DEDOS Component Coordinator to check available documents for the Final Project Evaluation Report.
