Awilda Rodríguez, the accountant assigned to the Project, called me today to discuss the drawdowns that have been made and to ensure communication between the project and the financial office. I explained the role the Grant Manager will have and what happened to the grant manager we originally hired. The hiring of a second one is under way.
We discussed the purchase of the monitoring system, which will be the biggest drawdown, and the drawdowns that we will do in the summer. Awilda already has the P.O.'s of the equipment, which si the drawdown that we have made until now. i will keep her posted on the arrival of the Grant Manager.
