It took a while for me to comeback...nearly 2 weeks of vacations (Holy Week and Easter) and last week trying to find my groove...and I did it...still trying to!! Before we left, here @ DEDOS we were creating an online course in order to establish a learning community among USC's faculty members. With this course, CED 401-Adopting new styles and practices to the learning process, we're looking to change the culture our faculty members as establish through the years. Latest technology trends have push several changes in the way online learning is given and taken. Social media, web apps, mobile technology and apps...the change of the web culture from content consumers to content creators to content sharers and collaborators!! As you see, we've taken all of this in consideration not just to design and create our course, but to establish a new standard in how online learning is given in USC.
Our vision has pushed me to be more proactive searching for web and mobile apps, researching about effective online learning communities, to learn the proper netiquette rules, to improve in every aspect my execution to the point of being obsessive...not bad for having problems troubleshooting my brain, ah? Still, I think I have long ways to go...I will do whatever is needed to provide the learning online experience USC has ever had...here is a brief of some web applications I discovered this past month of April...see ya!!
