Touching base with EDDY for project development

Last Wednesday morning we had a conference call With Molly Baldwing- EDDY. This conversation was to to assure that both teams still tune together. More or less we are.

We confirmed with Molly that she received the lists with our selection for Global content and Heuristic for FYRe. Then we asked if it's possible to translate in Spanish the heuristics, or at least that ones highlighted on the list. I told her that I know Gloria proposed to negotiated the 20 articles that they will built for us for the translation of these heuristics. Molly told me that she have to ask, but she consider that the translation can be made as an extension of the contract. I asked her to summit just in case to review it. Also we told her that we already assign the articles for customization review and that we are coordinating a focus group with students to decide on the name, slogan and fashion design for FYRe. We will use the design options already sent to us.

Luis told Molly that he have problems with the document about the sub domains. She agree to work on it later on the day. About the photos Luis reported that he is working on it.

Finally I asked her if they can send another copy of EarlyIQ Welcome Packet Sagrado doc because we can't unzip it. She will send a copy by half hour later and then I will confirm the reception.

Next Steps:

• Heuristics translation- Molly will tell us if it possible to negotiate. She will send a proposal to extend contract for this purpose.
• FYRe article customization review- by a week or two.
• FYRe final name and fashion design comments- by May 11.
• Photos for FYRe- Luis will provide by the next week.
• Early IQ- communication structure design- by a week or two.
