Student Services One Stop Shop Update

From January - April 2011 several meeting between Dr. Pedro Fraile and Mr. Moisés Cordero-USC Architect were conducted. Initial discussions were about the student services integration needs and the objectives of the Student Services Reestructure Plan and physical space requirements. Mr. Cordero met with Centro de Servicios al Estudiante and Servicios Nocturnos y Sabatinos Staff in order to received thier impressions and comments related to the project and talked about space redistribution. Then he presented the meetings results, design and estimate for possible costs to Dr. Fraile. By mid of March there were a walk in meeting with Dr. Jose Jaime Rivera-USC President, Dr. Fraile and Mr. Cordero. In that meeting Dr. Rivera approved the space design. By April, documentation about design and possible costs were deliver to Dr. López- Project Director and Mrs. Menéndez- Grant Administrator.
