June'11 Administrative News

In June, some of the administrative personnel of the Project and I attended a meeting offered by the Human Resources Office to inform about the University’s Fringe Benefits.

Also met with Human Resources personnel for orientation about Time and Effort Reports, Additional Compensation Contract Recommendation, and Overtime Documents for CEDTEC personnel that work for Title V Project activities.

Gave follow up to the checks for the travel expenditures of the two Title V Project participants of the eLearning DevCon in Utah.

Gave follow up to the professional services contract of the architect in charge of the Student Services Facilities of the Project.

Planning and gathering the information for the travel arrangements and Requisitions of Registration for the AHEAD Conference in Seattle, WA for the three participants who are resources of the University and Title V Project.

Meetings with the Architect, Project Director and University Administator to discuss issues about the Student Services Facilities' improvements.

Did a rough draft for a letter to the USDE to communicate important issues about the Project.
