In July, the Requisitions for the travel arrangements and for the Registration to the Conference on Distance Teaching & Learning for four DEDOS Component resources were submitted.
Also, the Requisitions for the Freshmen Student Orientation Activity were submitted.
Internal Budget Item fund Transfers were requested.
The Professional Services Contract Recommendation for the Salsa Evening Workshop during the Freshmen Student Orientation Activity was submitted.
Reviewed documents with the Title V administrative personnel team for the Freshmen Student Orientation Activity, such as the invitations for the students, and for Faculty and Administrators; Student Forms; and work documents.
Called by phone each student of the group that was assigned to me to invite to the activity, verify if the invitation was received by mail, remind about using the Institutional email, and answer questions about the activity.
Envelopes were prepared with invitations and other documents that were sent by mail twice. The Activity Program was sent by email.
Gave follow up to requisitions for the Professional Development trip to the Conference on Distance Teaching and Learning in Madison, WI, and to requisitions for the Freshmen Orientation Activity.
Reviewed the Finance Office up to date expenditures Report of the Project.
