On october 6 we had the meeting with differents components of the university like Desarrollo Personal office, ASI, @SER, PASTORAL, student attorney, Centro de formación labroral, Acomodo razonable, students advisers and of course the Title V staff. Dr. Pedro Fraile host the meeting by giving us the institutional plan about the protocol and how the university is involved for the new system of early alerts and Mi camino en Sagrado. This is the approach of a new structure for the students services protocol. Now we had the TRANSFORMATE declaration "Integration, Effectiveness, Image, fulfillment", with this new way, we are going to have the same in one office. With this project we look forward to made easy the process for the students and for the university staff. Our counseling services will be divide by personal, spiritual and health. The early alert system will give the message to their respective offices.The call could go to counselors, desarrollo personal office,@SER, pastoral and Title V life Coach. In a case of financial counseling or vocational counseling the call go to Centro de formación laboral, title V Financial Coach, ASI, @SER. In case of counseling and academic support the call go to tutoring, Acomodo razonable, Academic counseling. In a case when the studen want to leave the college then we had the "exit interview" that is gonna have a chat with the student before the tranfer. ¡Is a great team and we are just begining!
