Blooms Pyramid of Web 2.0 shows various online content to facilitate learning at all levels of the taxonomy.

I've been checking out some Web 2.0 tools that are easy to use, here are some:

Popplet is a web application for the web and iPad, where you can gather and share ideas, thoughts, and projects. Create mind maps, create photo galleries, upload images and videos. Popplet application allows students to work together to make spiderdiagrams. The interface is simple to use. It's free, just need to register by opening an account.

Letterpop is a three-step easy process that starts by creating the page of a newsletter. On the building page there is a palette, browse through dozens of templates and simply drag and drop the one you like in the workspace. Choose any of the content area, click where appears: "Click to edit". You can upload an image at a time or multiple images. You can upload from a Flickr account. Simply drag and drop the selected photos in the paper. There are different pricing options and plans.

Soshiku is a simple but powerful tool to handle assignments of high school or college. It allows to follow up on tasks and even receive a notification by email or SMS. You can keep notes, manage tasks, attach files, and share messages with their peers. It's free, just need to register by opening an account.

Magisto automatically converts simple videos to movies well edited and produced, is perfect for sharing. This application is available for iPhone.  You can connect through a google account or facebook, but this was impossible for me. It took about 10 minutes to generate the product (video), and when its done you recieve an email notification. It's free, simply register by opening an account.

Bubbl.us is an application that allows creating conceptual maps from the Internet browser. It's an ideal tool for students and teachers organize their ideas through online schemes. It is very easy to use, although the application is in English. No need to create an account to export the maps as image (JPG or PNG). Collaborative projects can take place as it offers the ability to share files with friends. You can print the maps, allowing you to adjust the print size of the concept map. You can also combine with blogs, wikis and websites because you can copy the HTML code for publication.

TimeRime is an ideal application to create interactive timelines in the classroom. It is very easy to use, is also available in Spanish. It also offers the possibility of publishing the timelines on blogs or wikis. It generates dynamic lines adding pictures or videos from Youtube. It's free, simply register by opening an account.
